The gallery index page
Below are listed the galleries currently available in this section. Each gallery is presented with a thumbnail and a small piece of descriptive text. Theme galleries are presented differently. To enter a gallery simply click on the thumbnail. Note that each gallery opens in a new browser window. The Other sections menu (left) provides links to other gallery index pages.

Theme galleries
Theme galleries are galleries consisting of photos all taken on one particular location (e.g. in a forest) or describing a certain occurrence (e.g. a season). There are more definitions but I leave them out for now. A theme gallery is first and foremost presented on this index page with a small graphic and some descriptive text.
Note: A gallery marked with an (*) is located elsewhere.

Gallery 1
Flowers in Pink
Most of the photos in this gallery (actually all but one) is of the same flower. In Swedish it's called Jättebalsamin and you can see it to the left (the thumbnail). When I first spotted it I actually thought it was some kind of orchid.

Flowers and Plants
Nature is full of mysteries and one of them is in this gallery. Well, it may not be a true mystery, but it is truly intriguing. There are of course other things as well in this gallery.

Assorted Flowers 1
Yellow seems to be quite a popular colour in the world of flowers. All but one in this gallery are yellow. The only non yellow is white but it is closely related to one of the yellow which is why it is in the gallery. That and the fact that it was the only white flower I had a photo of (grin).

Flowers are beautiful, fascinating and problematic. They are beautiful to see, fascinating to study and problematic to photograph! I mean, how many flowers are 5'7''? Not many. You have to get down on your hands and knees to photograph them. Still, it's fun!

Gallery 5
Bushes & Berries
Since most berries can be found late in the summer and the photos in this gallery were taken mostly in spring, there aren't too many photos of berries. To be precise, there is only one. I promise there will be a gallery with more berries later on.

Assorted Plants
I once tried to count the number of various plants growing along a shorter path. After a third of the distance I gave up having reached over a hundred different plants. Imagine what time it would take to photograph all of them. This gallery contains only a few.
