After Palstorp mill there is a small water power station. Here we could
see some salmon trying to make their way up the waterfall. They didn't
make it (there is another way for them) but the effort they put in was
amazing. This photo was taken a bit further down from the power station.
Here the creek is quite wide and peaceful. As shown in the following
three photos.
This part of the creek (below the power station down to Raus' church)
makes me yearn for a canoe. The creek is wide and the surroundings are
almost tropical.
The path along the creek (The creek is to the left).
I have taken photos of this particular part of the creek before (You can
see some of them on my other sites), and I will probably do so every time
I come here.
Getting close to our final destination. Here the path divide into two paths.
One following the creek close by and the other (the one in the photo) leading
slightly away from the creek. The two paths meet and join up ahead.
This small path goes up to a camping near Raus.
Another photo of the inner "half" of the path along Raa creek
We have reached our final destination for our walk. Here the creek passes by
Raus' church. The stone wall to the right is the wall surrounding the cemetery.
Speaking of final destinations (grin). Although we are tired from the walk we
are by no means ready for something that final.
